13. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on an emblem of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change
Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that an emblem of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, which is in the trademark register of the United Nations Austrian Patent Office for all persons to inspect, is excluded from registration under the trademark protection law.
