17. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the BUAG-surcharge regulation is amended

On the basis of § § 4 (2) and (21) of the Construction Workers ' Vacations and Abortion Act, BGBl. No. 414/1972, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I No 117/2012, shall be arranged:

The regulation on wage increases for the holiday scheme, the handling and winter holiday arrangements, as well as the additional benefits under the Construction Workers ' Holiday and Abortion Act (BUAG-Zutee Regulation), BGBl. II No 419/2010, as last amended by the Regulation, BGBl. II No 368/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In accordance with § 3, the following § 3a together with the heading is inserted:

" Supplement Coat leaves and qualifying

" § 3a. (1) The supplement to the wage, which is to be paid in accordance with § 21a in conjunction with Section 21 (1) and (2) of the BUAG for the payment of the expense for the additional return scheme for shiftwork pursuant to Section 4b of the BUAG, including the pro rata administrative costs, shall be for a week of maintenance, 2.80 times the collective contractual hourly wage increased by 25% in accordance with Section 21a (3) and (4) of the BUAG.

(2) The employee acquires 693 ,43/1000 of the surcharges provided in the period of validity of the employee (Section 3a (1)). "

The following paragraph 4 is added to § 6:

" (4) § 3a in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 17/2013 comes with 1. Jänner 2013 in force. "
