1. Revelation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention for the protection of producers of phonograms against the unauthorised reproduction of their phonograms

On 26 November 2012, following a communication from the Director-General of the World Intellectual Property Organisation, Tajikistan signed the Convention on the Protection of the Manufacturers of phonograms against the unauthorised reproduction of their phonograms. (BGBl. No 294/1982, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III, No 20/2009).
