25. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, amending the solvent regulation 2005
On the basis of § 17 (1) and Section 78 (2), 2a and 2b of the Chemicals Act 1996 (ChemG 1996), BGBl. I n ° 53/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I N ° 50/2012, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister of Health, the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth and the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection:
The Regulation on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds by restrictions on the placing on the market and the use of organic solvents (solvent regulation 2005-LMV 2005), BGBl. II No 398/2005 is hereby amended as follows:
1. In § 2 (5) the word order shall be "a preparation-including all organic solvents or preparations containing organic solvents for their suitability for use-which are" through the phrase "a mixture-including all organic solvents or mixtures containing organic solvents for their suitability for use-that is" replaced.
2. In § 3 (2), the first sentence is replaced by the following sentences:
" For the verification of compliance with the Annex B fixed limit values for VOC content are the following in the Annex C The following analytical methods (standards) shall be binding:

(3) The following paragraph 5 is added to § 5:
" (5) § 2 (5), § 3 (2), § 6 and Annex C in the version BGBl. II No 25/2013 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the event. "
4. The text of § 6 shall be the sales designation "(1)" , the following paragraph 2 is added:
