7. Federal Act amending the BIFIE Act 2008

The National Council has decided:

The BIFIE Act 2008, BGBl. I n ° 25, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 113/2009, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In Article 1 (11) (6), the entry rate shall be replaced by the following:

" The Supervisory Board has at least four times a year to meet in Supervisory Board meetings. It has the following tasks: "

2. In Art. 1 (11) (6) Z 5, the turn of the "10 vH of the base diversion" through the turn "the amount of EUR 60 000 (gross) per calendar year" replaced.

(3) In Article 1 (12), the following paragraph 2a is inserted after paragraph 2:

" (2a) The Advisory Board shall be fully informed and accountable to the competent government member. In particular, it has opinions, recommendations, reports and protocols. to provide advice to the relevant government member and to assist him in matters falling within his remit. The members of the Advisory Board shall be obliged to provide comprehensive information to the competent governmental member. "

4. In Art. 1 § 13 para. 3, first sentence, the expression of the staples is:

"(consisting of a plan of work, a financial plan and a staff plan)"

5. In Art. 1 § 14 para. 1, first sentence, the word "March" by the word "June" replaced.

6. Art. 1 § 15 para. 1 first sentence reads:

" The Executive Board shall report to the Supervisory Board at least quarterly on the course of business and the situation of the BIFIE in relation to the three-year plan (§ 13) as well as to the annual plan (§ 14), taking into account the future development (Quarterly Report). "

7. In Art. 1 (16) (1), the turn of the "for the years 2010 to 2012" through the turn "for the years 2013 to 2015" replaced.

8. The following paragraph 3 is added to Art. 1 § 28:

" (3) § 11 para. 6, § 12 para. 2a, § 13 para. 3, § 14 para. 1, § 15 para. 1 as well as § 16 para. 1 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 7/2013 will be 1. Jänner 2013 in force. "
