22. Revelation of the Federal Chancellor on the annulment of Section 60 (1) of the Foreign Police Act 2005 by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the knowledge of 3 December 2012, G 74 /12-6, was sent to the Federal Chancellor on 4 December 2012. Jänner 2013, rightly recognized:

" I.

Section 60 (1) of the Federal Law on the Exercising of Foreign Police, the issuing of documents for foreigners and the issuing of entry titles (Tourist Police Act 2005-FPG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 100/2005 idF BGBl. I No 38/2011 will be repealed as unconstitutional.

II.

The repeal shall enter into force on the expiry of 31 December 2013.

III.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
