13. Changes in Annexes A and B 1 on the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) 2
According to the United Nations Secretary-General's Depositary Communication of 2 October 2012, C.N.566.2012.TREATIES-XI.B.14, the following amendments to Annexes A and B to the European Convention on International Carriage of Dangerous Goods Goods on the road (ADR) adopted pursuant to Art. 14 (3) of the Convention and are 1. In the French version and the German translation, the documents ECE/TRANS/WP.15/ 213 (root version), ECE/TRANS/WP.15/213/Corr.1 (corrections), ECE/TRANS/WP.15/213/Corr.2 (corrections, French version), ECE/TRANS/WP.15/213/Add.1 (additions) and ECE/TRANS/WP.15/213/Add.1/Corr.1 (corrections to the additions) as well as ECE/TRANS/WP.15/ 217 Annex II (editorial corrections) merged. Changes taken with ECE/TRANS/WP.15/213/Corr.1 are not included, or were replaced by the additions to ECE/TRANS/WP.15/213/Add.1. Follow-up changes appear under the paragraph to be amended (in the original French version following the main change).
With this agreement, Directive 2012/45/EU on the second adaptation of the annexes to Directive 2008 /68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inland transport of dangerous goods to scientific and technical Progress, OJ No. OJ L 332, 4.12.2012 p. 18, as regards Annex I.1.
