Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the designation, seat and local competence of the services of the Wildbach and Lawinenverbauung (Wildbach and Lawinenverbauung-Officiation of the Wildbach and Lawinenverbauung-Officiation of the Laws) WLV duty station V)

Due to § 102 (7) of the Forest Act 1975, BGBl. No. 440/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 55/2007, shall be ordered:

Name, seat and local competence of the services of the Forestry Service for Wildbach and avalanche protection

§ 1. The designation, the seat and the local competence of the sections and territorial lines of the Forestry Service of the Wildbach and avalanche protection services shall be determined as follows:

Section 1-Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland with the seat in Vienna and the local jurisdiction for the countries of Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland;

a)

Territorial management 1.1-Lower Austria West with its registered office in Melk and the local authority for the

aa)

political districts Amstetten, Gmünd, Horn, Krems, Melk, Scheibbs, Sankt Pölten, Waidhofen an der Thaya and Zwettl,

bb)

Cities Krems an der Donau, Sankt Pölten and Waidhofen an der Ybbs;

b)

Territorial management 1.2-Vienna, Burgenland and Lower Austria East with the seat in Wiener Neustadt and the local competence for the

aa)

Countries Vienna and Burgenland,

Area construction line 6.4-Unteres Inntal with the seat in Wörgl and the local jurisdiction for the political districts of Kitzbühel and Kufstein;

entry into force

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2013 in force.

Repeal of legislation

§ 3. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Wildbach and avalanche protection services regulation, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl), will take place. No 72/1978, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 195/2004, except for force.
