29. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor on the repeal of the word "Eheliche" in § 7 (1) of the Law on citizenship in 1985 and Section 7 (3) of the Law of the Citizenship of the State in 1985 by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the knowledge of 29 November 2012, G 66 /12-7, G 67 /12-7, was sent to the Federal Chancellor on 14 November 2012. Jänner 2013, rightly recognized:

" I.

The word "Eheliche" in § 7 paragraph 1 of the Federal Act on Austrian Citizenship (citizenship law 1985-StbG 1985), BGBl. No. 311/1985 (Wv.), as well as Section 7 (3) of the German Citizenship Act 1985, BGBl. No. 311 (Wv.), are repealed as unconstitutional.

II.

The repeal shall enter into force on the expiry of 31 December 2013.

III.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
