The Constitutional Court has recognized to rightly G 66/12-7, G-67/12-7, the Federal Chancellor with knowledge of November 29, 2012, on January 14, 2013:



"I.
The word "marital" in § 7 paragraph 1 of the Federal Act on the Austrian citizenship (Citizenship Act, 1985 - StbG 1985), Federal Law Gazette No. 311/1985 (WV.), as well as § 7 para 3 of the Citizenship Act 1985, BGBl. No. 311 (WV.), be as unconstitutional lifted.
