24 announcement of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court
After release of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, following further States have their instruments of ratification or accession to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (BGBl. III No. 180/2002, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 136/2011) deposited:

The following States have submitted following observations on the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of ratification or instrument of accession:
1. in accordance with article 87, paragraph 1 lit. a of the Statute must be submitted request for cooperation of the International Criminal Court through diplomatic channels to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Guatemala.
2. in accordance with article 87 para. 2 of the State must be drawn up requests for cooperation of the International Criminal Court and any additional documents in Spanish or be accompanied by a translation into Spanish.
In relation to article 87, paragraph 2 of the Statute explains Cape Verde that all requests are to submit cooperation and any additional documents which it receives from the Court of Justice, through the diplomatic channel about the Embassy in Brussels, preferably in Portuguese or a Portuguese translation.
Further releases of the Secretary-General of the United Nations according to the following States have made following declarations:
1. in accordance with the provisions of article 87, paragraph 1 of the statute determines Luxembourg the Attorney General as the central authority in accordance with article 87 of the staff regulations.
2. in accordance with the provisions of article 103 par. 1 lit. a and b of the Statute Luxembourg declared its willingness to accept convicted persons for the purpose of serving the sentence, if these people are nationals of Luxembourg or persons habitually resident in Luxembourg by the Court to imprisonment.
In a communication of November 28, 2012 the following informed the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland the Secretary General:
Man, for whose international relations the United Kingdom is responsible, does envisage the ratification of the Rome Statute by the United Kingdom on the territory of the island the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland takes the view that it comes into force on the first day of the month after the sixtieth day of the deposit of this communication the extension of the aforementioned Rome Statute on the island.
