According to Art. 140 (5) B-VG and in accordance with Section 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with a recognition of 12 December 2012, G 75 /12-9, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 18 February 2013, rightly recognized:

" § 16 (2) and (5) of the Law on the Residence and Residence Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 100/2005, was unconstitutional. "
