68. Regulation of the Federal Minister for the Interior, which changes the Tourism Law-Implementing Regulation
On the basis of the Foreign Police Act 2005 (FPG), BGBl. I No 100, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 22/2013, is-in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs-ordered in accordance with Section 28 (2):
The regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior for the implementation of the Tourism Act 2005 (Tourism Law-Implementing Regulation-FPG-DV), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 450/2005, as last amended by BGBl. II No 204/2011, shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 8, the following paragraph 1 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"(1a) Citizens of Syria need a flight transitvisa for transit via an Austrian airfield."
2. § 21 is added in accordance with paragraph 6 of the following paragraph 7:
" (7) § 8 (1a) in the version of the regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior BGBl. II No 68/2013, shall expire on 31 December 2013. '
