Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Regulation on the determination of the level of administrative charges and fees within the framework of the LMSVG (LMSVG-Ablevy Regulation-LMSVG-AbV)

On the basis of § 61 (1), § 61a (1) and § 63 (1) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 95/2010, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The LMSVG levy regulation, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 135/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2 (1) (1) (1) the amount shall be "27" by the amount "31" replaced.

2. In § 2 (1) (2) (2) the amount shall be "41" by the amount "47" replaced.

3. In Section 2 (1) (3), the amount shall be "54" by the amount "62" replaced.

4. The text of § 5 shall become the sales designation "(1)" . Paragraph 1 is added to the following paragraph 2:

" (2) For proceedings pending at the time of entry into force, the lump sums in the version of BGBl shall apply. II No 135/2011. '
