On the basis of Section 13 (3) of the Housing Charitable Act, BGBl. No. 139/1979, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 51/2013, it is made known:
The 1994 Regulation of the Law on the Remuneration Directive, BGBl. N ° 924/1994, as last amended by the BGBl agreement. II No 70/2012, shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 6 (1), second sentence, the word group is deleted: "per year" , in Z 2 the word group shall be replaced by: "reasonable amounts to be determined" the word group: "reasonable amounts to be determined annually" and in Z 3, the word group shall be replaced by: "an amount in amount" the word group: "an annual amount in amount" .
2. § 6 para. 1 Z 1 lit. a and b are:

annual 212,40 Euro from 1 April 2013 in case of transfer in rent or other use, |

annually 262,80 Euro as of 1 April 2013, plus VAT, transfer to property, co-ownership or granting of home ownership, " |

3. In § 21, the following paragraph 16 is added:
" (16) § 6 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 90/2013 will enter into force on 1 April 2013. "
