94. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of the Interior on the protection of graphic representations of the security authorities and police commentators (Police Safety Protection Regulation-PZSV)
On the basis of Section 83b (2) of the Security Policy Act (SPG), BGBl. No 566/1991, as last amended by the Federal Laws of Law BGBl. I N ° 50/2012 idF of the BGBl customer. I No 53/2012 (DFB) and BGBl. I No 87/2012, shall be arranged:
§ 1. In Annexes A1 to A3, B1 and B2, C, D, E1 to E4, this Regulation shall mean the graphic representations of the security authorities and police officers whose unauthorised use is prohibited in accordance with Section 83b (1) of the SPG.
§ 2. The Annexes A1 to A3 contain the protected graphic representations of the term "POLICE" as well as of the "BUNDESEAGLE", which is run by the security authorities and police commentators.
§ 3. The Annexes B1 and B2 contain the protected graphic representations of the term "FEDERAL MINISTRY OF INTERIOR", whereby the word "SECTION" is a model specification for all sections of the Federal Ministry of the Interior.
§ 4. Annex C contains the protected graphic representations of the following words and phrases:

§ 7. The terms and lettering referred to in § § 4 to 5 are also three-time in the presentation variants of the term "FEDERAL MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR", which are shown in Annexes B1 and B2, for instance in the form of a single-row or two-line presentation.
