96. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, with which the travel agency safety regulation-RSV is changed

Pursuant to Section 127 (1) (1) (1) and (2) (2) of the Commercial Code 1994-GewO 1994, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 194 (WV), as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 85/2012, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection:

The travel agency safety regulation-RSV, BGBl. II No 316/1999, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 275/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 (2) reads:

"(2) This Regulation shall apply to the organisers of package tours (organisers) with a location in Austria, in so far as these travel package holidays offer to travellers."

2. § 2 Z 2 reads:

(3) The following paragraph 6 is added to § 12:

" (6) § 1 para. 2 and § 2 Z 2 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 96/2013, will enter into force with the end of the day of their presentation in the Federal Law Gazans. "
