55. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the annulment of § 67 (1), first sentence, and Section 74 (1) and (2) of the Security Policy Act by the Constitutional Court.
According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 12 March 2013, G 76 /12-7, delivered to the Federal Chancellors on 4 April 2013, rightly recognized:
" The following provisions of the Federal Law on the Organization of the Security Administration and the Exercistion of the Security Police (Security Police Act-SPG), BGBl. No 566/1991, are hereby repealed as unconstitutional:
Section 67 (1), first sentence, in the version BGBl. I n ° 104/2002 and § 74 (1) and (2) in the main version, BGBl. No 566/1991.
The repeal of Section 67 (1) first sentence of leg.cit shall enter into force with the expiry of 30 June 2014.
Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
