103. Statement by the Federal Minister of the Interior on adaptations to the flat-rate compensation fixed in Section 15 (1) of the European Elections Act and in Section 23 (1) of the German People's Convention Act 1973. Municipalities

Article 1

In accordance with Section 12 (2) of the Voting Evidence Act 1973, BGBl. No. 601/1973, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 12/2012, shall be made known:

The lump sum compensation fixed in Section 12 (1) of the Voting Evidence Act 1973 is raised to EUR 0.50 per person covered.

Article 2

According to Article 15 (2) of the Federal Law on the Management of Permanent Evidence of Choice and Voting Rights in elections to the European Parliament (European Elections Act-EuWEG), BGBl. No 118/1996, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 12/2012, shall be made known:

The flat-rate compensation fixed in Section 15 (1) of the ECEC is raised to EUR 0.50 per registered citizen of the Union who does not have the Austrian nationality.

Article 3

Pursuant to Section 23 (2) of the People's Convention Act 1973, BGBl. No. 344/1973, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 12/2012, shall be made known:

The lump-sum compensation fixed in Section 23 (1) of the People's Convention Act 1973 shall be increased to EUR 0.38 per one or more of the persons ' desire to vote at the same time.
