103. by-laws the Federal Minister of the Interior regarding adjustments of lump-sum compensation fixed in article 12 para 1 of the voters evidence law in 1973 in section 15, paragraph 1, of the European voters evidence Act and in section 23 (1) of the referendum act in 1973 on the communities

Article 1

In accordance with § 12 para 2 of the voters evidence Act 1973, BGBl. No. 601/1973, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 12/2012, will be published:



The lump-sum compensation fixed in article 12 para 1 of the voters evidence law in 1973 is raised to EUR 0.50 per covered person.



Article 2

Constant in accordance with § 15 para 2 of the Federal Act on the management evidence of the electoral and voting in elections to the European Parliament (European voters evidence law debarred), Federal Law Gazette No. 118/1996, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 12/2012, is published:



The debarred fixed lump-sum compensation in article 15, paragraph 1 to 0.50 euros per after citizens of the Union, which has not the Austrian nationality, raised.



Article 3

In accordance with § 23 para 2 of the Referendum Act 1973, Federal Law Gazette No. 344/1973, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 12/2012, will be published:



The lump-sum compensation fixed in section 23 (1) of the Referendum Act 1973 is lifted per to 0.38 euros at one or more at the same time conducted a referendum of voters.
