114. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection on the remuneration of services provided by the service provider for the Social and Training Fund (Performance Remuneration Regulation)
On the basis of § 22d (6) of the Labour Force Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 196/1988, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 98/2012, shall be:
§ 1. The construction workers ' holiday and payment terminal is due to the following remuneration from the funds of the Fund for its activities, which it provides as a service provider for the Social and Training Fund:

A one-off remuneration for the initial facility of EUR 154 000; |

in 2013, an annual remuneration of EUR 157 000, which is to be paid in a pro rata monthly instalation for the months of April and December 2013, |

| 3. |
from 2014 onwards, an annual remuneration of EUR 444 000, which shall be paid in part-monthly instalations of one twelfth of this amount (EUR 37 000) by the end of that month in which the contract period ends. |

§ 2. The current remuneration in accordance with § 1 Z 2 and Z 3 is secured in accordance with the consumer price index 2000 (VPI 2000), base April 2013, which was published monthly by the Federal Statistical Office Statistics Austria. Index fluctuations up to and including 5 vH remain unaccounted for.
§ 3. The social and training fund, as well as the construction workers ' holiday and terminal office, have made changes to the contractual arrangements and the services provided, which may have an impact on the remuneration, the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection immediately to be informed.
