123. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the use of redeeming gifts of honour gifts

Pursuant to Section 59 (4) of the Official Services Act 1979 (BDG 1979), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 333/1979, and Section 5 (1) of the Contract Law of 1948 (VBG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 86/1948, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 120/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. Proceeds from the divestments of honorary gifts handed over to staff members of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management shall be submitted after consultation of the relevant competent authority. The staff representative body shall be used for charitable purposes or for the alleviation of emergency situations in which staff members in the area of the unifying service authority have not been indebted.

§ 2. Due to § 1 no one is entitled to a legal claim.
