130. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea

According to a further note by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the Netherlands 2 on the 7th Jänner 2009 announced that the Convention will apply to the Netherlands Antilles (now the islands of Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba).
