After messages of the Director General of the world intellectual property organization, following further States have their instruments of accession to the Protocol to the Madrid Agreement concerning the international registration of marks (BGBl. III No. 32/1999, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette III No. 88/2008, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 109/2010) deposited:

From this point on, the Protocol in addition to the European part of the Netherlands still shall apply on Curaçao and Sint Maarten, as well as on the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, that make up the Caribbean part of the Netherlands.
