On the basis of § 71 (5) of the Commercial Code 1994, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. The list of notified bodies for machinery and for machinery safety components shall be included in the list of Annex Attached recast of Annex XIII of the machinery safety regulation 2010-MSV 2010, dated 2 May 2010. In 2013. |
