140. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, which changes the list of teachers ' lists and repeals the training regulations and the examination regulations for the teaching profession of embroidery draughtsman

On the basis of § § 7, 8, 24 and 27 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 38/2012, shall be arranged:

Article 1

Change of the Apprenticeship List

The Regulation Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, with which the teaching profession list is issued, BGBl. No 268/1975, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 439/2012 is amended as follows:

1. The provisions concerning the teaching profession of varnisher and the regulations in the related teaching professions shall expire on 31 May 2013 with the exception of force. This does not intervene in existing teaching conditions.

2. In Appendix 1, the following provisions concerning the teaching profession shall be laid down in accordance with the alphabetical order of "Paint technology" together with the teaching period and the regulations in the related teaching professions:

15. 16. The provisions of paragraphs 2 to 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 and 15 shall enter into force on 1 June 2013.

Article 2

External force of the training regulations and the examination regulations for the teaching profession embroidery draughtsman

§ 1. The training regulations for the teaching profession embroidery sign, BGBl. No 140/1976, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 177/2005, without prejudice to § 3, shall expire on 31 May 2013.

§ 2. The examination regulations for the teaching profession embroidery sign, BGBl. No 467/1976, without prejudice to § 3, expiry of 31 May 2013.

§ 3. Apprentices who are trained on 31 May 2013 in the teaching profession embroidery draughtsmen can continue to be trained in accordance with the training regulations referred to in § 1 until the end of the agreed teaching period and can until one year after the expiration of the agreed upon the teaching period for the examination of the teaching qualification according to the Examination Regulations referred to in § 2.
