141. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, which changes the training regulations for the teaching profession motor vehicle technology

On the basis of § § 8, 24 and 27 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 38/2012, shall be arranged:

Amendment of the training regulations for the teaching profession motor vehicle technology

The regulation on the training regulations for the teaching profession of motor vehicle technology, BGBl. II No 408/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In accordance with § 1 (3) (1) (1) the following paragraph 2 is inserted:

" 2.

High-voltage drives (S2) "

2. According to Article 1 (3), the following paragraph 3a is inserted:

"(3a) The special module" Hochvolt-Drives " is designed as a training test. This special module can only be completed by the end of 30 June 2020. "

3. § 1 (4) reads:

"(4) The following combinations of main modules and special modules are possible:"

4. The following paragraphs are added in § 2:

" (5) apprentices trained in the special module of high-voltage drives are in a position to carry out the following activities after vocational training in the course of their teaching and in the vocational school:

1.

Diagnosing errors in alternative drives such as electric motors, hybrid motors, fuel cell drives, etc. as well as the aggregates required for that purpose by means of computer-assisted diagnostic methods,

2.

Carrying out test, removal, assembly, repair and maintenance work on alternative drives such as electric motors, hybrid motors, fuel cell drives, etc. as well as the aggregates and individual components required for this purpose,

3.

Diagnosing errors in high-voltage components by means of computer-aided diagnostic methods,

4.

Perform test, removal, assembly, repair and maintenance work on high-voltage components using the safety concepts. "

5.

In section 3 (3), the following provisions concerning the special module "high-voltage drives" are added:

Working with test, expansion, assembly, repair and maintenance work on alternative drives such as electric motors, hybrid motors, fuel cell drives, etc. as well as the aggregates and individual assemblies required for this purpose

7.

Knowledge of the safety concepts of high-voltage intrinsified vehicles such as separation of the voltage networks, colour marking of the high-voltage cables, marking of the high-voltage components and components as well as the high-voltage battery and the service plug (Service Disconnect)

8.

Knowledge of the handling of high-voltage components on motor vehicles in accordance with SoP (start of production) such as voltage-free switching of the motor vehicle, determination of the freedom of the tensioning, securing against resistance

9.

Diagnosing errors in high-voltage components using computer-aided diagnostic methods

10.

Participation in testing, expansion, assembly, repair and maintenance work on high-voltage components using the safety concepts

11.

Knowledge of the relevant standards as well as the professional technical and legal provisions

12.

Knowledge of the relevant safety rules

(6) The provisions of the Children's and Young People's Employment Act, BGBl, shall be used for the placement of all vocational training positions. No 599/1987, (KJBG). "

6. § 12 together with the title is:

" Repeat check

§ 12. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) In the case of the repetition of the examination, only those test items rated "not enough" shall be considered. "

7. The previous § 16 shall be named "17." ; the following new § 16 and heading shall be inserted:

" Evaluation

§ 16. The usefulness of the training in the special module of high-voltage drives is to be evaluated by using a vocational research institute. Until 30 June 2019, the Federal Vocational Training Advisory Board has issued an opinion (findings, motif report and conclusions) on the transfer of the special module Hochvolt-Drives into the regular training to the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, the Family and the Federal Republic of Germany. Youth. In the event that an opinion is drawn up, no votes shall be taken into account in accordance with Section 31 (7) of the BAG. "

8. In the new § 17, the following para. "(7)" attached:

" (7) § 1 para. 3 Z 2, § 1 para. 3a, § 1 para. 4, § 2 para. 5, § 3 para. 3 as well as § 16 in the version of the regulation BGBl. II No 141/2013 are due to 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
