146. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on vocational training in the field of training for freight forwarders/fraud (Spediment buyer/fraud training order)

On the basis of Articles 8 and 24 of the Law on vocational training (BAG), BGBl. No 142/1969, last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 38/2012, will be prescribed:

Traineeship buyer/women

§ 1.(1) The traineeship business is established with a teaching period of three years.

(2) In the teaching contracts, teaching certificates, teaching certificates and teaching letters, the teaching profession is to be designated in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentice (spostage buyer or acquiring a freight forwarder).

Professional profile

§ 2.Through vocational training in teaching and vocational training, trained teachers will be able to carry out the following activities in a professional and independent manner:

National and international transport, storage and other speculation services (e.g. dangerous goods, insurance etc.)

2.

develop specific transport and logistics concepts, while respecting economic, legal, environmental and customer aspects;

3.

select and divert the best transport modes and main transport routes, taking into account the possibilities of road, rail, air and water,

4.

carry out business-related accounting activities such as cost accounting, calculation and control;

5.

handle customs modalities,

6.

advise and mentor customers – as an expert/in on all transport and speculation issues (e.g. packaging, liability, storage of goods, document production, etc.)

7.

apply the basis of rhetoric and sales techniques for sale and marketing, and prepare and use necessary presentations;

8.

plan and manage speculation processes, evaluate and document services provided (taking into account quality, environmental and safety management systems);

9.

carry out administrative activities using operational information and communication systems;

10.

analyse and evaluate data (e.g. indicators, utilisation rates, statistics, etc.).

Professional training

§ 3.(1) The following training course will be defined. (2) Training in professional knowledge and skills is with special attention to operational requirements and requirements to pay attention to the personality formation of the apprentice, in order to provide him with the key skills necessary for a professional power (such as openness, teamability, conflictability), self-sufficiency (such as self-assessment, self-confidence, self-confidence, resilience), methods competence (such as presentationability, rhetoric in German language, understandingability in the English language guidelines) and competence for self-managed learning (such as readiness, knowledge of methods, ability to select suitable media and materials).

Entry into force

§ 4.(1) The provisions of Articles 1 to 3 relating to the training order for the training profession of road haulageman/women enter into force with 1. June 2013 in force.

(2) The training rules for the training profession of freight forwarding-handling workers, BGBl. II No 14/2004 as amended by Regulation BGBl. II No. 177/2005, without prejudice to paragraph 3, May 2013 except in force.

(3) Apprenticeships May 2013 in the training profession of freight forwarding shopmann/Spediment buyer, BGBl. II No 14/2004 as amended by Regulation BGBl. II No 177/2005 training can be further trained in accordance with the training rules mentioned in paragraph 2 until the end of the agreed teaching period.

(4) The periods of teaching time, which in the course of the traineeship, BGBl. II No 14/2004, as amended by Regulation BGBl. II No 177/2005, which have been withdrawn, are to be fully counted according to this Regulation.
