After release of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, following further States have their instruments of ratification or accession to the International Convention on the protection of all persons from the disappearance (BGBl. III No. 104/2012) deposited:

On the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of ratification the Kingdom of Morocco pursuant to article 42 has agreed para. 2 of the Convention, not to the provisions of paragraph 1 of this article bound to consider, and explained that for any dispute between two or more Contracting Parties to the International Criminal Court are taken, the consent of all parties involved in such a dispute is necessary in each case.
Also has made Bosnia and Herzegovina on 13 December 2012 statements concerning the recognition of the competence of the Committee in accordance with articles 31 and 32 of the Convention.
