On the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of ratification, the Kingdom of Morocco has declared, pursuant to Article 42 (2) of the Convention, that it does not comply with the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article and declares that, for each dispute, between two or more Contracting States which shall be brought to the International Court of Justice, shall in any case require the consent of all the Contracting Parties to such dispute.
In addition, on 13 December 2012, Bosnia and Herzegovina made statements concerning the recognition of the Committee's competence under Articles 31 and 32 of the Convention.
