155. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health on Notifiable Communicable Diseases 2013

According to § 1 paragraph 2 of the Epidemiegesetz 1950, BGBl. No. 186/1950, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 80/2013, shall be arranged:

The notification requirement under the Epidemics Act 1950 is subject to suspicion, disease and death of MERS-CoV (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus/"new Corona Virus ").
