On the basis of § 39 (5) of the Federal Act on a Transparency Database (Transparency Database Act 2012-TDBG 2012), BGBl. I n ° 99/2012, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture:
The following institution, which is within the scope of the Federal Minister for Science and Research and the Federal Minister for Education, Art and Culture, will be the performance-defining body in the sense of § 15 TDBG 2012 for service offerings in mind § 4 (1) Z 2 TDBG 2012 shall be determined:
