171. Regulation of the Federal Minister for transport, innovation and technology on the establishment of the vignette prices (vignette price regulation 2013)

On the basis of sections 11 and 12 of the Federal law on the toll collection on highways (bundesstraßen toll Act 2002 - BStMG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 109/2002, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 135/2008 and the Federal Ministry of law amendment of 2009, Federal Law Gazette I no. 3, is, in terms of §§ 1 to 3, of § 4 para 1 and 2 and section 4 subsection 3 Nos. 1 and 3 in agreement with the Federal Minister of finance , decreed:

§ 1. The price of a yearly vignette including VAT is for



1. single lane motor vehicles 32.90 euros, and cars multi-track for 2, whose highest permissible total weight not more than 3.5 tonnes amounts to 82,70 euro.

§ 2. The price of a two-month vignette including VAT for



1. single lane motor vehicles 12.40 euros, and cars multi-track for 2, whose highest permissible total weight not more than 3.5 tonnes is 24.80 euros.

§ 3. The price of a ten-day vignette including VAT is for



1. single lane motor vehicles 4.90 euros, and cars multi-track for 2, whose highest permissible total weight not more than 3.5 tonnes is 8.50 euros.

4. (1) the provisions of § 1 applies to annual vignettes, which entitle the year 2014 for road use.

(2) the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 apply to vignettes, which entitle the 1 December 2013 for road use.

(3) the regulation of the Federal Minister for transport, innovation and technology laying down sticker prices (vignette price regulation 2012), Federal Law Gazette II No. 276/2012, occurs with respect to 1 the provision of § 4 at the end of the 3rd July 2013, 2. the provision of article 5 at the end of the 4th July 2013, 3. the remaining provisions at the end of the 30 November 2013 override.
