89. Federal Act amending the Balance of Payments Stabilisation Act

The National Council has decided:

The Balance of Payments Stabilization Act, BGBl. I n ° 52/2009, as last amended by the BGBl Federal Act. I No 65/2012, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In Section 2a (2), the word order shall be "§ 66 of the Federal Budget Law" through the phrase "§ 82 of the Federal Budget Act 2013" replaced.

2. In accordance with § 2a the following § 2b is inserted:

" § 2b. (1) The Federal Minister of Finance shall be authorized to grant grants to the Hellenic Republic in coordination with other Member States of the European Union, the name of the Federal Government. The grant of grants may only be granted

the Hellenic Republic, as far as possible, all payment obligations to the national central banks of the Eurosystem, in particular its payment obligations under the securities market programme ("SMP") securities acquired by national central banks, and

2.

up to a total of EUR 281 million 200 thousand euros, with an annual amount of EUR 61 million not to be exceeded.

(2) Paragraph 1 shall expire on the expiry of 31 December 2025. "
