90. Federal Act, which amalgles the 1967 Power Act

The National Council has decided:

The Kraftfahrgesetz 1967, BGBl. No. 267, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 43/2013 shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 24 (2a) the annual number shall be: "2013" by the year "2014" replaced.

2. § 123 (1) reads:

" (1) In the case of the official acts provided for in this Federal Act, unless otherwise specified therein, the District Administrative Authority, in the territory of a municipality for which the State Police Directorate is at the same time the security authority, shall be the State Police Directorate responsible. "

3. 123 (1a) and (1b).

4. The following paragraph 26 is added to § 135:

" (26) § 123 (1) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 90/2013 is 1. January 2014 shall enter into force; at the same time, § 123 (1a) and (1b) shall be repeal. "
