94. Federal Law, which changes the Climate Protection Act
The National Council has decided:
The Climate Protection Act, BGBl. I n ° 106/2011, is amended as follows:
1. In accordance with § 9, the following § 10 together with the heading is inserted:
" Entry into
§ 10. Appendix 2 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 94/2013 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the event. "
