Pursuant to Section 81 (2) of the Civil Service Act 1979 (BDG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 333/1979 in the BGBl version. I n ° 119/2002, in conjunction with Article 17 a (3) (1) of the PTSG, BGBl. No 201/1996 in the BGBl version. I n ° 96/2007:

§ 1. For the performance of the performance in the sense of § 81 BDG, the Appendix 1 connected assessment sheet.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2013.
