172. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on the Liberation of Foreign Public Documents from the certification

According to the communication from the Dutch Government, Bulgaria has its competent authority in accordance with the rules of 29 May 2013. Article 3 of the Convention on the Liberation of Foreign Public Certificates of Authentication (BGBl. No. 27/1968, last proclamation of the BGBl area. (III) No 137/2013) as amended:

The Republic of Bulgaria 1 Declares that the following authorities have been designated to issue certifications pursuant to Article 3 (1) of the Convention:

-

the Ministry of Justice-for documents of the courts and notaries,

-

the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science-for evidence of formal qualifications and certificates issued by universities, institutions of the public education system and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science, and this subordinated where they have been issued; and

-

the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-for all other documents.
