Due to § 6 of the Plant Protection Products Act 2011, BGBl. I No 10/2011, shall be arranged:
The regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management for the implementation of the Plant Protection Products Act 2011, BGBl. II No 233/2011, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 is added to the following paragraph 8:
" (8) Plant protection products must not be

in establishments which place food exclusively or predominantly on the market (food retail trade), or |

| will be sold. " |

2. § 15 the following paragraph 11 is added:
" (11) § 1 (8) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 198/2013 is 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
