201 Ordinance of the Federal Minister for labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection, with the heavy work regulation is amended

On the basis of



1 of § 607 para 14 of the General Social Security Act, Federal Law Gazette no 189/1955, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 86/2013;

2 of § 298 paragraph 13a of the commercial Social Security Act, Federal Law Gazette No 560/1978, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 86/2013;

3 of § 287 paragraph 13a of the farmers Social Insurance Act, Federal Law Gazette No 559/1978, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 86/2013;

4 of § 4 para 4 of the General Pension Act, Federal Law Gazette I no. 142/2004, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 86/2013, is with the consent of the Federal Government prescribed:

The heavy work regulation, Federal Law Gazette II No. 104/2006, is amended as follows:

1. in article 1, the point will be replaced at the end of paragraph 2 by a comma; the following phrase is added:

"as well as all activities for the holiday of the Bauarbeiter Urlaubs - und Abfertigungskasse surcharges to the area are according to the § § 21 and 21a of Bauarbeiter Urlaubs - and clearance law, BGBl. No. 414/1972, to pay."

2. the existing text of § 5 receives the sales designation (1).

3. the No. 1 of section 5, paragraph 1 (new) is as follows:



"1. all referred to in § 1 para 1 activities, which suggest the presence of heavy lifting," 4. 2 the following paragraph is added to article 5:

"(2) the Bauarbeiter Urlaubs - und Abfertigungskasse has all activities for that in § 1 paragraph 2 called surcharges are payable, by analogy with application of paragraph 1 in the main Association of Austrian social insurance institutions to sign."

5. the existing text of § 6 receives the sales designation (1); the following paragraph 2 is added:

"(2) section 1, paragraph 2 and article 5 as amended the regulation BGBl. II Nr 201/2013 with 1 September 2013 into force."
