201. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the Heavy Labour Regulation will be amended

Because of

1.

Section 607 (14) of the General Social Security Act, BGBl. No. 189/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 86/2013;

2.

§ 298 (13a) of the Industrial Social Insurance Act, BGBl. No 560/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 86/2013;

3.

§ 287 (13a) of the Farmers-Social Insurance Act, BGBl. N ° 559/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 86/2013;

4.

§ 4 (4) of the General Pensions Act, BGBl. I n ° 142/2004, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 86/2013,

will be ordered with the consent of the Federal Government:

The Heavy Labor Ordinance, BGBl. II No 104/2006, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In § 1, the point at the end of paragraph 2 shall be replaced by an indents; the following half-sentence shall be added:

" as well as all activities, for the surcharges relating to the subject area holiday of the construction workers-holiday-and deferment-payment in accordance with § § 21 and 21a of the construction workers-holiday and deferment law, BGBl. No. 414/1972. '

2. The previous text of § 5 receives the sales designation "(1)" .

3. The Z 1 of § 5 paragraph 1 (new) reads:

" 1.

all the activities referred to in Article 1 (1), which indicate the existence of heavy labour, "

(4) The following paragraph 2 is added to § 5:

"(2) The construction workers ' holiday and terminal office shall report to the main association of the Austrian social insurance institutions all activities for which the surcharges referred to in § 1 (2) are to be paid, under the appropriate application of paragraph 1."

5. The previous text of § 6 receives the sales designation "(1)" ; the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 1 (2) and (5) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 201/2013 will enter into force on 1 September 2013. "
