179. Proclamation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Protocol relating to the status of refugees

Messages of the Secretary-General of the United Nations the following States have their instruments of accession to the Protocol relating to the status of refugees (Federal Law Gazette No. 78/1974, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 216/2005) deposited:

After further releases of the Secretary-General according to have:-Guatemala1 on April 26, 2007 the reservation declared on the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of accession as well as the declaration withdrawn; and - the Republic of Korea2 declared withdrawn retained their on September 1, 2009 on the occasion of the accession.

 

Furthermore, the netherlands3 with effect from June 22, 2011 have extended the scope on the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba).
