183. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Protocol implementing the 1991 Alpine Convention in the field of transport-Protocol "Transport"

According to the communication of the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs, on 25 June 2013 the European Union adopted its instrument of approval for the Protocol implementing the 1991 Alpine Convention in the field of transport-Protocol "Transport" (BGBl. III N ° 234/2002 idF BGBl. III No 108/2005, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III No 37/2013) and on the occasion of the following statement:

As a result of the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon on 1 December 2009, the European Union has replaced the European Community, the successor of which is the legal successor; from that date, it exercises all the rights of the European Community.
