208. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on a section-related speed monitoring on a section of the A 9 Pyhrn motorway (Section Control-Measuring distance regulation Bosrucktunnel)

Pursuant to Section 98a (1) of the StVO 1960, the following is prescribed:

§ 1. As a route on which, in both directions, compliance with the maximum permitted speed with an imaging technical device to measure the average driving speed of a vehicle on this route shall be: The section between km 58.12 and km 63.77 of the direction lane of the A9 Pyhrn motorway (west tube of the Bosruck tunnel) is determined.

§ 2. The beginning and the end of the monitored measuring section shall be announced.
