212. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management, which will amend the IG-L-Labelling Regulation

On the basis of § 14 (4) of the Immission Protection Act-Air (IG-L), BGBl. I n ° 115/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 77/2010, shall be arranged:

The IG-L-labelling regulation, BGBl. II No 397/2002, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the title, the parenthesis "(IG-L-labelling regulation)" by the parenthesis expression "(IG-L-labelling regulation)" replaced.

2. In Section 1 (1), the phrase "§ 14 para. 2 Z 7 and 9 IG-L" through the phrase " § 14 para. 2 Z 3 and 4 of the Immission Protection Act-Air (IG-L), BGBl. I n ° 115/1997 idF BGBl. I No 77/2010, '.

3. The following § 2 and title shall be added:

" Issue of labelling

§ 2. The issue of the marking shall be carried out exclusively by the competent authority in the first instance for the granting of the derogation pursuant to Article 14 (3) of the IG-L. "
