131. Federal law amending the Federal Act on the Rules of Procedure of the National Council (Rules of Procedure 1975)

The National Council has decided:

The Federal Act on the Rules of Procedure of the National Council (Rules of Procedure 1975), as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 31/2013, shall be amended as follows:

§ 7 reads as follows:

" § 7. (1) Members of the same electing party shall have the right, at the beginning of a legislative period, but no later than one month from the day of the first meeting of the National Council, to join a single club. Where more than one merger is communicated to the President by a member of an electing party, the larger group of Members shall be recognised as a club. In the case of the same number of persons, the group of Members as a club is to be recognised as belonging to the list of members of the respective Federal Elections proposal.

(2) Members who are not members of the same elective party may, at the beginning of a legislative period, but no later than one month from the day of the first meeting of the National Council, only with the approval of the National Council in of a club.

(3) The combination of a club and the stock of a club requires the number of at least five members.

(4) The results of the constitution of a club, as well as changes of the same, shall be communicated to the President in writing without delay. "
