132. Federal law amending the Federal Act on the Rules of Procedure of the National Council (Rules of Procedure 1975)

The National Council has decided:

The Federal Act on the Rules of Procedure of the National Council (Rules of Procedure 1975), BGBl. No. 410/1975, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I n ° 131/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 23 (3) the word order shall be set out in the second sentence "those documents to be transmitted by the National Council documents, reports, information" by "those templates to be transmitted by the National Council, documents, reports, information" replaced.

2. § 32f para. 1 3. The record is:

"The provisions on the organisation and procedure of subcommittees as well as sections 34 (5) and 41 (2) shall apply to the Permanent Subcommittees, provided that nothing else is determined in the following and in § § 32g to 32k."

Article 91 (1) reads as follows:

" (1) Questions which an MP wishes to address to the Federal Government or to one of its members shall be submitted to the President in writing with at least four copies. They must be accompanied by the signatures of at least five Members, including the questioners, and must be communicated to the respondent by the Parliament's Directorate. "

Section 91a (1) reads as follows:

" (1) Questions which a Member wishes to address to the President of the Court of Auditors shall be forwarded to the President of the National Council. The subject matter of the President of the Court of Auditors shall be subject to this question in so far as it is the financial management within the meaning of the Federal Budget Law, the diensity within the meaning of Article 125 (3) B-VG and the organisation of the Court of Auditors within the meaning of Section 26 (2) of the Court of Auditors ' Law. "
