134. Federal law amending the Criminal Code
The National Council has decided:
The Criminal Code, BGBl. No 60/1974, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 116/2013, shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 278a the turn is deleted in the Z 2 "or significant influence on politics or the economy" .
2. In Section 278d (1), the turn shall be "from six months to five years" through the turn "from one to ten years" is replaced by the last sentence.
(3) In § 278d, the following paragraph 1 is inserted after paragraph 1:
" (1a) It is also necessary to punish those who have assets for

another person who is aware that he is committing acts in accordance with paragraph 1, or |

a member of a terrorist group, of which he knows that it is aimed at committing acts in accordance with paragraph 1, |

4. In Section 278d (2), the reference to " 1 " by reference to " 1 or paragraph 1a " replaced.
