On the basis of Section 229 (3) of the Civil Service Act 1979, BGBl. 333 and Section 17 (a) (3) of the Postal Structure Act 1996, Federal Law Gazette No. 201, both in the current version, is to be prescribed:
The current post-assignment regulation 2002-P-ZV 2002 of 26 April 2002, entered into force on 1 May 2002, as last amended by the Post-Allocation Regulation 2003-P-ZV 2003 of 18 July 2003, entered into force on 1 August 2003, and the Post-assignment regulation 2012-P-ZV 2012 dated 31 August 2012, entered into force on 1 September 2012, will be amended as follows with effect 1 August 2013:
