168. The Federal Chancellor's presentation of the repeal of Section 143 (30) 3. Sentence of the University Act 2002 by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5), (6) and (7) B-VG, and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 29 June 2013, G 35-40/2013-18, V 32-36/2013-18, delivered to the Federal Chancellors on 31 July 2013, rightly recognized:

" I.

§ 143 (30) sentence 3 of the Federal Law on the Organization of Universities and their Studies (University Act 2002), BGBl. I n ° 120/2002, as amended by the Article. I of the Federal Law, which amended the University Act 2002 and the Study Promotion Act 1992, BGBl. I n ° 18/2013, is repealed as unconstitutional.

II.

The repealed provision shall no longer apply.

III.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
