Statement by the Federal Minister of Finance on the repeal of the provisions of the regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Management of Austrian Postbus Aktiengesellschaft concerning the duty to service and the cost-sharing of training measures in accordance with. the "Basic Qualification and Training Ordinance-Professional Driver-GWB" for the officials assigned to the service pursuant to Section 17 (1a) of the Postal Structure Act (PTSG) of Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft (Postbus- Training Regulation), BGBl. II No 450/2011, by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 139 (5) B-VG, it is made known:

On 12 July 2013, the Constitutional Court issued a statement on 17 June 2013, V 29 /2013-14, delivered by the Federal Minister of Finance:

I. Paragraph 5 and 6 of Section 1 of the Regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Management of the Austrian Postbus Company on the duty to service and the cost-sharing of further training measures in accordance with § 1. the "Basic Qualification and Training Ordinance-Professional Driver-GWB" for the officials assigned to the service pursuant to Section 17 (1a) of the Postal Structure Act (PTSG) of Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft (Postbus- Training Regulation), BGBl. II No 450/2011, are repealed as being illegal.
