238. Regulation of the Federal Minister for the Interior, amending the Ordinance on the Alcohol-Alcohol-Test-Equipment Ordinance

On the basis of Section 5a (3) of the Road Traffic Regulations 1960 (StVO 1960), BGBl. No. 159, in the version of the 25. StVO-Novelle, BGBl. I n ° 39/2013, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology:

The Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior on the equipment suitable for the examination of the respiratory alcohol and the organs of the supervision of the road (alcohol pre-test equipment ordinance), which are to be authorised for handling them, BGBl. II No 404/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 (1) reads:

" (1) As equipment suitable for checking the respiratory air of persons on suspicion of impairment by alcohol (§ 5 para. 2a StVO), the following equipment shall be determined:

2. The previous text of § 5 will become the sales designation "(1)" , and the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 1 (1) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 238/2013 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the event. "
