P. 1 lit. a) " in § 4 Z 2 of the Contribution Regulations 2011 of the Bar Association of Vienna as well as § 5 para. 3 and § 9 para. 1 second sentence of the Rules of Procedure of the Vienna Bar Association and its committee 2008 were unlawful

According to Art. 139 (5) B-VG, it is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the knowledge of 11 June 2013, G 31-33/2013-9, V 20-28/2013-9, received the Federal Minister for Justice on 17 July 2013, under Spruchpunkt II. ,

the section " A. II. RECHTSANWALTSANWÄRTER " der Umlagenordnung 2011 der Rechtsanwaltskammer Wien, resolved in the plenary assembly on 29 April 2010, made available on the website of the Bar Association of Vienna on 30 June 2010,

the section " B. RECHTSANWALTSCONWÄRTER "in § 1 as well as § 3 Z 2 and the phrase" and the contribution for legal contenders in accordance with § 1 B. P. 1 lit. (a) " in § 4 Z 2 of the Contribution Order 2011 of the Bar Association of Vienna, decided in the plenary assembly on 29 April 2010, made known on the website of the Vienna Bar Association on 30 June 2010, as well as

§ 5 (3) and § 9 (1), second sentence, of the Rules of Procedure of the Vienna Bar Association and its committee 2008, decided in the plenary assembly on 24 April 2008, made available on the website of the Vienna Bar Association on 16 May 2008,

were illegal.
